Acquisition of raw material

In order to produce high-quality furniture, raw materials must be chosen wisely. Before cutting oak trees, it is necessary to maintain their minimum age so that the quality is high enough for use in furniture production.

Only then can they be taken to a sawmill, where the logs are dried and processed. The longer the wood sits after felling, the better the properties it will have and the more expensive it will be - this ultimately determines the price of the finished products.

Implementation

At the very beginning we need to prepare the wood for processing. We cut the received boards from the sawmill into laths and sort them according to their specific construction. Knotless wood with knotless, etc. The laths are then milled to the appropriate thickness, depending on the project at hand.

In order to obtain durable multi-format surfaces, lamella bonding is just performed. A piece of wood prepared in this way is sanded and cut to the appropriate size. The next step is to make the legs and connect all the elements to the folding system.

The final stage is to protect the table with a special oil or varnish to make it scratch-resistant. The table during this stage undergoes a great deal of quality testing so that it can receive the Tabell.QUALITY certificate.
