This document sets out the privacy policy applied on the website www.tabell.eu, operated on behalf of Michał Balak, conducting business activity under the name MB Michał Balak, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5512642394, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 384835684; email address: kontakt@tabell.eu, tel.: +48 571 917 108.
A user is any person to whom the data referred to in point II below relates, using the website www.tabell.eu, including communication and services.
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of personal data collected via the website www.tabell.eu is Michał Balak, conducting business activity under the name MB Michał Balak, ul. Ks. Zygmunta Kuźby 99, 34-105 Stanisław Górny, NIP: 5512642394, REGON: 384835684 (hereinafter referred to as: ADO).
Personal data collected by ADO via the website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
ADO processes the following personal data: first and last name, residential address (city, street, house number, apartment number), telephone number, email address.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Provision of furniture sales services – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
Marketing activities and presentation of offers – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent);
Ensuring quality of service, including obtaining opinions on samples sent and handling the contact form – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR;
Keeping accounting books and tax records, pursuing claims related to business activities in connection with the legitimate interest of data processing by the ADO pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 74(2) of the Accounting Act.
The user whose data is being processed has the right to: information about whether the data is being processed and other information about data breaches, access to data, rectification of data, erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict the processing of data, transfer data, object to the processing of data, not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling), lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if the ADO violates the provisions on personal data protection when processing my personal data.
If a user exercises their right under point 5 above, the ADO shall comply with the request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month of receiving it. However, if, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests, the ADO is unable to comply with the request within one month, it shall comply with it within the next two months, informing the user in advance, within one month of receiving the request, of the intended extension of the deadline and the reasons for it.
Providing personal data for the purposes specified in point 4(a), (c), and (d) above is a statutory requirement (resulting from legal provisions) and is necessary for the performance of the contract. Refusal to provide data will prevent the ADO from performing the contract in accordance with the law. The processing of personal data for the purpose specified in point 4(b) above is voluntary.
Personal data will be disclosed to ADO employees/associates authorized to process it on ADO's behalf, entities entrusted by ADO with the processing of personal data, including clients, accounting offices, legal and advisory service providers in the event of ADO pursuing claims related to its business activities.
Personal data will be processed for the following periods:
the limitation period for claims arising from legal provisions for the purpose of pursuing claims related to business activities;
the period of storage of accounting and tax documentation resulting from legal provisions for the purpose of keeping accounting books and tax documentation.
In the case of personal data processing based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw their previously given consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Users' personal data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
With regard to the sale of furniture accessories, the personal data referred to in point 3 above will be jointly administered with MB Balak Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Stanisław Górny, NIP: 5512672260 (hereinafter referred to as: the Company), which is an entity fully affiliated with ADO. Points 2, 3, 4 (letters b-d), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 above apply to the joint administration of personal data for the purpose of selling furniture accessories. The contact details of the joint controller are the same as those indicated in point I.1 above.
3. INFORMATION GATHERING
Information is not collected automatically, except for information contained in cookies, information in the form of anonymous visit statistics, and information specified in point 3 below. The entity placing cookies on the user's end device and accessing them is ADO.
Certain technical parameters of all visits to the website www.tabell.eu are recorded in special files (so-called logs). The data that is recorded includes the date of the visit, the public IP number of the visitor's computer, information about connection errors, and information about the user's browser. ADO uses this data solely to monitor the operation of the website and to identify and counteract any problems or unauthorized activities.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS
ADO and the Company use technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data being processed, appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular, they secure the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
ADO and the Company provide appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.
If this Privacy Policy is changed and the user continues to use the website www.tabell.eu, this action shall be deemed as acceptance of the current content of the Privacy Policy.
